Plus X Innovation will donate £250 to a local charity of the winner’s choosing. 

This award recognises manufacturers, teams or individuals that have shown creativity, innovation, and effectiveness in developing products that have or will impact their communities and industries. 

This award recognises a CEO, Founder, Leader or Manager that has demonstrated excellent performance against the following criteria:  financial, reputational and employee engagement – balanced with a clarity of leadership within the last 12 months. 

This award celebrates the Stage-One Pre-Accelerator participant who has shown the most remarkable growth and potential over the 8-week journey. After pitching their business to camera, the public will vote for the individual they believe has demonstrated exceptional progress and promise for future success.
