Coworking Week:

• This offer is only valid during Monday 29th June - 3rd July 2026.
• You are required to undergo a 45-minute induction upon arrival to induct you into the space that will include a walking tour of facilities and Health & Safety briefing.
• Plus X Innovation can suspend or terminate your registration or eligibility at any time, for any reason.
• Plus X Innovation reserves the right to remove any tenant or referred customer from this promotion if we notice any activity that is against our policies that could include abusive, fraudulent behaviour or any violation of our terms of service.
• Plus X Innovation reserves the right to review and investigate all registration activity.
• Registrations for the Coworking Week should only be used for non-commercial purposes. The entry form should not be published or distributed on commercial sites (such as coupon websites).
• This offer is not available for existing Plus X Innovation members in Brighton or Slough, or Plus X Innovation employees.

Early Bird Entries:

• You will be automatically entered into the prize draw when you sign up for Coworking Week before 30 May 2026.

• Any registrations received after the closing date of 30 May 2026 will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.

• The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

Early Bird Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18+ and based in the UK.

• Only non-Plus X Innovation members are permitted to enter the competition.

• Employees of Plus X Innovation are not permitted to enter.

• Only one entry per person or business is permitted.

• Entrants must submit accurate and complete information via the website form.

• By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Plus X Innovation may require proof of eligibility before awarding the prize.

• Plus X Innovation reserves the right to withdraw any entrant or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Early Bird Prize

• The winner will receive one month of coworking access at either Plus X Innovation Slough or Brighton, including access to coworking spaces, events, and programmes.

• One winner will be selected per location. Entrants will only be eligible for the location they signed up to attend during Coworking Week.

• The free month must be redeemed and used within 6 months of the winner being notified.

• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. Plus X Innovation reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

Early Bird Winner Selection

• A winner will be selected using randomised computer software within one month of the prize draw ending.

• The winner will be notified via email or telephone within 7 days of being selected.

• If a winner does not respond to Plus X Innovation within 7 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and Plus X Innovation reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

• The decision of Plus X Innovation regarding any aspect of the prize draw or competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
